We are providing an update on the ongoing service disruption. The Middle East (UAE) Region (ME-CENTRAL-1) has suffered damage as a result of the conflict in the Middle East and is currently unable to reliably support customer applications. While some workloads continue to function normally, we strongly recommend customers migrate all accessible resources to other Regions and restore inaccessible resources from remote backups as soon as possible. Relevant billing operations are currently suspended while we restore normal operations in this AWS Region. This process is expected to take several months.

Update: We previously notified you of a delay in fund settlements on July 9. Visa experienced a global disruption to its settlement network that delayed the transmission of funds to many Payment Service Providers including PayPal and Braintree. We can confirm that Visa has restored processing of associated with yesterday's settlement event. As we receive funds from Visa, we will disburse them as soon as possible. Settlements for merchants in Australia, the United Kingdom, and Europe have been restored and are operating normally. For US-based merchants, settlement funds are expected to be distributed on July 10. no action is needed from you, and your funds remain secure.
